Michele's services are offered in two different locations, costs are equivalent at either establishment. All prices are HST inclusive.
Michele accepts cash, credit, debit, e-transfer (Spryfield Location Only), and facilitates direct billing to most major insurance providers (See Right).

Billing Info
Michele offers direct billing for many insurance providers. Please inquire if your provider is not listed below. Please be advised that some providers require a Doctor’s referral, and some companies require members to submit their own claims. Insurance receipts will be issued when necessary.
Cancellation Policy
24 hour notice is required to allow for opportunity to fill appointment. 12 hours or less will require a phone call or text to notify therapist and will incur a late cancellation fee for 50% of appointment. Exceptions may be made for illness or family emergency. No shows without any communication may be subject to billing for full value of appointment.
